Holiday in the Pines with a Dickens Flair
Holiday in the Pines is a Crestline Chamber of Commerce event. The celebration begins on November 29, 2025, with a Top Town community breakfast, music with a live DJ broadcasting from a local radio station, on-site filming, and warm hospitality throughout the town—think cocoa, cider, and beautiful ornaments and decorations bringing Crestline to life for the holiday season and Santa will be there too!
Layered onto this, the Crestline Art District is bringing the town to life with a Dickens flair, inviting locals, visitors, friends, and families to step back in time and stroll through Crestline in Dickens-inspired or steampunk attire (or come as you are!) as they explore the shops. Throughout the day you may find live art demonstrations, music in the streets, carolers, and people playing instruments—and everyone is welcome to join in, not just watch. You may also catch little scenes inspired by A Christmas Carol performed by cast members from Jeff Heisler’s musical adaptation, giving sneak peeks and inviting people to the show. Everyone is welcome to sing along, take part in the fun, or simply enjoy the festive atmosphere.

OLD-FASHIONED PHOTOS

Stop in for old-fashioned photos in Victorian, Dickens, or steampunk style – perfect for families, friends, and costumed characters.
SANTA & MRS. CLAUS MEET & GREET
Saturdays| 2PM–4PM
Location: In front of Fox & Hound Studios, 23955 Lake Drive
Visit Santa and Mrs. Claus for photos, hugs, and holiday wishes in the heart of Lake Gregory Village.
VICTORIAN HIGH TEA
Saturday, DEC 20 | 1PM–3PM
Location: Molly’s Art Gallery & Studio, 24002 Lake Drive
Victorian High Tea with tasty treats and tea, plus a guided watercolor Christmas card. Only $35, limited seating.
DICKENS / STEAMPUNK DRESS-UP & ROAMING FUN
Saturday, DEC 20 | All Day
Location: Lake Drive in Crestline and surrounding shops
Dress in Victorian Dickens or steampunk style (or come as you are!) and stroll through Crestline. Friends, families, carolers, and strolling musicians are all welcome. Watch out for “paparazzi” – roaming photographers and video will be capturing costumes and moments throughout the day.
LIVE ART DEMONSTRATIONS & MAKE YOUR OWN ORNAMENT
